Processing Times

Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. In other words, from the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority. Delivery takes roughly 3-4 business days, barring in mind any extended public holidays there may be delivery delays. Below is a list of extended public holidays for 2025:

• 2025 Chinese New Year: Orders placed between January 22nd and February 4th won't be shipped until between February 8th and February 10th.

Certificate of Authenticity

Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce your certificate.

Each item purchased comes with a red, blue or gold colored drawstring jewelry bag. This bag lined with a very hospitable interior fabric. You can also choose the color of your jewelry bag by specifying in the notes section when placing your order. Or just contact us and let us know.
