Where We Ship From
Your order ships directly from one of our workshops in Nepal, India or China. If your order contains items from different locations, it may arrive in separate packages.
United States Import Taxes & Customs Duties
We pay all import duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees before your parcel reaches you. The price at checkout is the final price, and nothing is owed to the carrier at delivery.
What we cover on US orders:
- Import duties and tariffs
- Customs clearance and brokerage fees
- Any carrier disbursement or advancement fees
If a carrier ever asks you to pay a customs charge on one of our parcels, do not pay it. Contact us with the notice and we will resolve it directly with the carrier.
Processing Times
Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. From the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery.
Shipping Times
Express delivery take 5-8 business days, plus 3-5 days processing.
Tracking Numbers
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking website so that you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Certificate of Authenticity
Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce these certificate.
