Processing Times

Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. In other words, from the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery.

Shipping Services & Locations

We ship with FedEx International Priority to all locations, except for the United States. Due to the recent changes in US tarrifs, orders will be shipped with standard international shipping.

Shipping Times

Delivery takes roughly 3-4 business days, barring in mind any extended public holidays there may be delivery delays.

All shipping services come with tracking numbers.

Certificate of Authenticity

Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce your certificate.
