Where We Ship From
Your order ships directly from one of our workshops in Nepal, India or China. If your order contains items from different locations, it may arrive in separate packages.
Import Taxes & Customs Duties
Because your order ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon arrival, depending on your country.
These charges are set by your government and collected by customs or the delivery carrier. They are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs for details.
We always declare the true value of your order on customs paperwork, as required by law. If your package incurs a customs charge, paying it promptly ensures your order isn't delayed or returned.
Processing Times
Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. From the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery.
Shipping Times
Items shipped via express delivery take 5-8 business days, plus 3-5 days processing.
Items shipped via FedEx International Priority take 3-5 business days, plus 3-5 days processing.
Tracking Numbers
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking website so that you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Certificate of Authenticity
Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce these certificate.
