EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting us at info@mantrapiece.com. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Return Process

Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are made to order, personalized, or custom-crafted to your specifications.
