Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. In other words, from the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery. This is because, in order for us to deliver on the high-quality products which we promise, we must first carefully examine each product before shipping, as well as securely package them to ensure they arrive in absolute perfect condition.

Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce your certificate.
