This Vajra Pendant is made from 925 sterling silver and vintage brass. It features brass prongs on one side.
The Vajra or Dorje is symbolic of "Firmness of Spirit and Spiritual Power". The Vajra (or dorje in Tibetan) is a ritual weapon used in Dharma traditions of Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism. It symbolizes the properties of a diamond, which is indestructible, and a thunderbolt which is a force of nature unreckoned with. In Indian mythology, the Vajra is the weapon of the Indian Vedic rain and thunder-deity Indra.
