Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. In other words, from the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery. Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce your certificate.
