Our processing time takes roughly 3-5 business days. In other words, from the moment you place your order, we will require 3-5 business days to prepare your package for delivery.

We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority. Delivery takes roughly 3-4 business days, barring in mind any extended public holidays there may be delivery delays. Below is a list of extended public holidays for 2025:

Please note that our jade and mammoth tusk products come with certificates of authenticity. Due to this, we may require up to 4-6 business days to produce your certificate.
